Job Title: Football Academy Coach

Reporting to: Academy Manager

Contract: Permanent – Part Time

Hours of work: 20 Hours per week (PT) (Includes evenings and weekends)

Salary £14,000

We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to join our Football Academy coaching team. We

are looking for a good team player who can work as part of a group but also be relied upon to work alone

and represent the organisation to expected standards

Duties and Responsibilities

Program delivery

• Deliver sessions as appropriately required

• Plan and deliver age/ability appropriate sessions

• Maintain and look after equipment provided

• Wear company branded kit and display a professional appearance

• Ensure the quality of provision of all sessions is of the highest standard.

• Ensure that each session operates within agreed structures

• Ensure each support coach complies with the set standards and structure

• Ensure compliance with RMF's policies and procedures.

• Ensure proper monitoring and evaluation of programs is carried out.

Staff Management

• Lead less experienced coaches when required

• Be the main point of contact at sessions if deemed the senior coach

• Set and ensure progress towards achieving, KPIs for direct reports.

• Support and ensure budgets are managed and on target

• Set examples to younger and less experienced staff Compliance

· Ensure all safeguarding policies are in date

· Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment is created for all players

· Manage all registers and appropriate documentation relating to attendees

· Complete all required risk assessment documentation

· Ensure all required certification is in date
