We’re pleased to welcome Dr Tim Ojo, Senior Consultant Psychiatrist, who is now providing clinical supervision for staff across the Russell Martin Foundation.

Every day, our team supports children, young people and families who may be facing challenges at school, at home or in the community. It’s rewarding work, but it can also involve difficult situations and important decisions.

Tim will give staff a safe and confidential space to talk through these challenges, reflect on their work and get professional guidance and support.

His role will also help our teams work more closely together. Across education, football, health and wellbeing, our staff bring different skills and experience, but we all share the same aim, to give young people the best possible support.

Looking after our staff is an important part of this. By making sure they feel supported and confident in their work, we can continue providing the best possible care and guidance to the children, young people and families we work with.

We’re delighted to have Tim supporting the Foundation and look forward to the positive impact his experience will have across our teams.
