Russell Martin, manager of Southampton FC and RMF Founder, has had an extraordinary first season with the club. Finishing 4th in the Championship, Martin's leadership has been pivotal in propelling Southampton to the cusp of Premier League promotion.

After a hard-fought league campaign, Southampton faced West Bromwich Albion in the semi-final, in the first leg of the tie away at West Brom, the match ended in a 0-0 draw. Southampton then won in the second leg at home, winning 3-1.

This win has set the stage for a clash against Leeds United at Wembley Stadium May 26th. The stakes could not be higher, as a win would secure Southampton a spot in the Premier League next season. .
