The Russell Martin Foundation is pleased to welcome Tina and Vince Alfieri to the team as we continue to strengthen our work and help more people across Sussex.

Both bring valuable experience in local football and community development, having previously been co-owners of Burgess Hill Town Football Club, where Vince served as Chairman and Tina as a Director. During their time at the club, they run a community-focused approach, helping bring people together and develop opportunities for young people through football.

For Tina, this marks a welcome return to the Foundation, having previously helped run our girls’ football academy. She now joins as our Fundraising Lead, with responsibilities also covering welfare and community engagement. Her work will help us build relationships with supporters, connect with local communities and raise funds to support the Foundation’s programmes. Vince’s main focus will be managing welfare.

We are delighted to have Tina and Vince on board and look forward to working together to create more opportunities for children, young people and families across Sussex.
