RMF Supports Mental Health Awareness Week 2026

This week, the Russell Martin Foundation is proud to support Mental Health Awareness Week 2026, joining communities across the country in encouraging positive wellbeing, kindness, and connection.

At RMF, we know that mental health matters just as much as physical health. Through our sessions and projects, we aim to create safe, supportive environments where young people feel listened to, valued, and included.

Throughout the week, our staff and young people will be taking part in activities focused on kindness, conversation, and supporting one another. From creative projects and affirmation boards to simply checking in with friends, we want to remind everyone that small actions can make a big difference.

This year’s campaign encourages people to take action:

  • Be kind to others
  • Check in with friends
  • Be there for someone in need

Sometimes a simple conversation or gesture of support can have a lasting impact.

At RMF, we believe nobody should feel alone. Together, we can continue to break the stigma around mental health and build stronger, more supportive communities.

It’s okay to not be okay. You are not alone.
