Jane Coleman Named Finalist at The Dynamic Awards 2026
We’re proud to share that RMF Chief Operating Officer, Jane Coleman, has been named a finalist for the Inspirational Award at The Dynamic Awards 2026.
Jane joined RMF in 2019, bringing extensive experience in child protection and work with children in care. Since then, she has played a central role in the charity’s growth and development, helping to expand its reach across Sussex through programmes in education, health and sport.
Through her work at RMF, she has supported children and families in some of the most deprived areas, often dealing with difficult and sensitive situations that go far beyond what many people see.
Jane has worked closely with young people affected by poverty and the growing challenges around knife crime. There have been times where her role has meant stepping into complex situations to make sure someone was safe and supported, always handled with care, professionalism and compassion.
Jane plays a big role in shaping RMF’s long-term vision. From strengthening partnerships and developing staff to ensuring strong safeguarding across all programmes, she helps create the structure that allows our work to grow and reach more young people each year.
RMF CEO Alan Sanders said:
"Jane leads with both strength and heart. She never hesitates to step in when a young person needs help, no matter how challenging the situation. This nomination is a reflection of the difference she makes quietly, consistently and without seeking recognition."
We are incredibly proud of Jane and this well deserved nomination.
