The Russell Martin Academy is looking to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Football Coach to join our growing coaching team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with young players in a positive environment, helping them develop both on and off the pitch. We are looking for individuals who are committed, reliable and able to deliver engaging football sessions that reflect the values of the Academy.

Requirements

• FA Coaching Qualification (or working towards)
• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one)
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• A passion for developing young people through sport
