All three ETP sites (Brighton, Worthing and Chichester) started back this week and all students showed real potential for their 12 week provision.

This week students have been focusing on team skills, they were asked to work in teams to overcome challenges and solve problems. During the week everyone has demonstrated good communication and listening skills. They have also been able to evaluate and reflect on what makes a good listener and communicator.

The Worthing site finished the week with some fun. The group were taken with the Gravitrax rail system which is not only fun to build but also educational on topics such as momentum, gravity and magnetism.

Well done to everyone, a great to start to the school term.
