The Russell Martin Academy (RMA) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Shoreham Academy to provide a new look football performance programme. The programme will provide a professional football offer alongside the players post 16 education choices. The sessions will take place at the excellent facilities Shoreham Academy have to offer and the programme will include all aspects of the modern day game. Students can benefit from an excellent offer that provides the opportunity to develop not only as an on pitch player but off the pitch career options too.

• Support to gain FA Level 1 coaching badge

RMA not only has a proven record on the field but we are also proud of our record in terms of our offer of exit routes and support for students beyond the completion of the programme. Our proven track record has seen a number of players gain University placements both in the UK and America. Further to this we’ve also been able to offer students the opportunity to gain their coaching badges and gain employment with our Foundation. Players will also have the opportunity to represent our RMA showcase squads that has seen our teams play at several Pro clubs.
