KS3 Brighton Transition (ETP)

Our short-term (12 weeks) Alternative Education Provision, centrally located in Brighton, offers a unique opportunity for pupils to reset, rebuild resilience, and develop effective strategies to better manage their mainstream education. At our centre, we understand that some students may face challenges in their regular school environment, and we provide a supportive and nurturing setting where they can thrive.

During their time with us, students engage in a comprehensive programme designed to address their specific needs and help them overcome obstacles to learning. Our skilled educators and dedicated support staff work closely with each student, providing tailored academic support, social-emotional guidance, and individualised mentoring. We foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes personal growth and academic success.

Upon completion of the 12-week programme, we facilitate a phased return for students into their mainstream education. This transition is carefully managed to ensure a smooth reintegration process, where students can apply the skills and strategies they have acquired with us.
We understand the importance of ongoing support, which is why we continue to provide mentoring and guidance to these students even after they have returned to their mainstream schools.

In addition to our short-term program, we also offer a part-time package, consisting of two days a week, for an entire year. This extended support allows students to maintain a connection with our centre while gradually increasing their participation in mainstream education. This approach ensures that students receive continued academic, social, and emotional support, as they navigate their educational journey.

Our Alternative Education Provision is committed to empowering students, equipping them with the tools they need to thrive academically and personally. By fostering resilience, self-confidence, and a positive mindset, we strive to enable our students to achieve their full potential, both in the classroom and in life.

If you would like more information about our Alternative Education Provision or have any specific questions, please feel free to reach out to us. We would be more than happy to provide further details and discuss how our program can benefit your students.
