1-1s

Each session will be broken up into 3 sections: SAQ/Football Fitness, Technical/Tactical, and Positional specific/Individual weaknesses.

2-1s

Each session will be split like the 1-1s but will include more 1v1 attacking/defending, mimic match scenarios and more game understanding. This will also be more competitive as they'll push each other. Ideally a friend or teammate would be a perfect partner.
