Girls Academy

Girls Football participation rates are significantly on the rise, in 2016 a record 130,000 women and
girls took part in the FA Girls’ football week. This strongly suggests there is a clear desire for girls to play football, RMF wishes to provide such opportunities for girls of all ages to participate in football how they want and when they want.

RMA Girls Development Centres are a new and exciting football programme for u5-u16s playing at all abilities. The coaching sessions are designed with a desire to build upon our girls already learnt technical and tactical skills in a fun, safe and social environment, unlocking their true potential.
