Jay Lovett who is in charge of non-league side Burgess Hill Town Football Club and also Head Coach of the RMA Varndean College Football Programme has won the Isthmian South East Manager of the month award for January 2022.

Burgess Hill Town FC went on a 6 game winnings streak in January that saw them progress up the league, now sitting just outside of a playoff position.
