Our football programmes offer players a unique platform that replicates that of a professional club. Players will access a training programme that includes a range of sessions developing the individual and the team. Our players will follow a full time football schedule with training sessions daily and weekly competitive fixtures. The programme includes technical and match prep sessions as well as strength & conditioning sessions and IDP’s (Individual development programs). All our games are filmed and our analytics data alongside our analysis sessions provides us with the tools to support the team and individual to further enhance their learning.

Alongside the football our players will continue their education journey with the support of our qualified teaching staff. Players have various academic options across our programmes ranging from A-Level subjects of their choice to single focused courses such as the BTEC Level 3 Diploma. All of our courses are delivered with intention of supporting our players to gain the required UCAS points to enable them to explore further education options. Our teaching staff and coaches will be on hand to support the players not just in the classroom but with their course work too. Alongside the educations programme players will have the opportunity to gain other qualifications and learn valuable life skills through a series of specialist course and workshops such as the Level 1 coaching badge.

We feel it’s important that our players have the best options available for life after the programme and we pride ourselves on the level of aftercare we provide. Support is given throughout the programme to help players decide the best route for their future ambitions whether it be further education or employment. Players that wish to go onto further education will be supported through the process of choosing the right university or courses whether that be in the UK or abroad in the States. If players decide employment is their preferred choice we have a proven track record in supporting students into employment either with our organisation or within the football industry.
